Welcome to Amani Village. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Amani Village, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Amani Village is a maternal health awareness tool that helps users:

• Track symptoms during pregnancy and postpartum
• Build and communicate with a support network ("Village")
• Maintain a personal health log

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Amani Village, including its mobile application and website (including any educational tools, assessments, or quizzes), is NOT a medical device, does NOT provide medical diagnosis, and does NOT replace professional medical care.

Our App and website, including the Preeclampsia Risk Assessment and any other health-related tools, are educational and awareness resources only. They are designed to help you understand publicly available health information and communicate effectively with your healthcare providers. These tools:

• Do NOT diagnose any medical condition
• Do NOT recommend specific treatments or actions
• Are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, or treatment
• Should NOT be used to make medical decisions without consulting a qualified healthcare provider

You should:

• Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical advice
• Call 911 or go to an emergency room if you have a medical emergency
• Not delay seeking medical care based on information from the App or website
• Discuss any risk factors or symptoms with your healthcare provider

Risk factors presented in our educational tools are based on published clinical guidelines (such as those from ACOG) but are provided for informational purposes only. The presence or absence of risk factors does not guarantee any particular health outcome.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Only add contacts to your Village who have consented to receive messages
• Use the App for its intended purpose
• Not use the App for any illegal purpose

5. Intellectual Property

Amani Village and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FastWise LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTWISE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastWise LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
